Inventory Report

Overview

You can obtain a full Inventory list straight from the Order Management System. This will be live data which will include the following:

All Stock
On-Hand Stock (available)
Allocated Stock (stock assigned to orders pending to be fulfilled)
Off-Hand Stock (checked in stock, not put away yet)
Quarantined Stock (Damaged, returned etc)

This can be set up as a Scheduled Report. Either daily, weekly or monthly. Helpguide here

There are a few filters that can be selected which will help with the results of your inventory. You may store stock at multiple warehouses with us so want to filter by that, or you want to see 'Discontinued' SKU stock that we are holding.

Columns Headers:

Header:	Meaning:
StockLevel	Includes Allocated, OnHand, OffHand
Allocated	Stock that is allocated to UnFulfilled Orders in the OMS
OnHand	Stock that is in Pickable Locations.
OffHand	Stock that is not in Pickable Locations. Could be Awaiting Putaway by Goods In or is in the Returns Dept. This can include Damaged Stock until it is Quarantined.
OnOrder	Quantity that is on a Pending ASN.
RequiredByBackOrder	Quantity that is Required by backorders due to no stock.
InQuarantine	Damaged stock
InTransit	Stock that is moving between out sites
InTransition	If we create Kits from components this is where it will display the units that are being made into Kits.
Scrapped	If we are informed to dispose of items that are in Quarantine, the quantity will show here for traceability.
