Adding a Bundle

Overview

A bundle is a SKU that contains more than 1 item we have in stock for you.

Scenario:  you sell different socks but also want to offer a set:

WHS-SOCKS-3SET = Stock Level would be 5 as only enough of each sock for 5 bundles 

• 1 x WHS-SOCK-WHT = 12 in stock
• 1 x WHS-SOCK-BLU = 5 in stock
• 1 x WHS-SOCK-GRN = 9 in stock

So for this bundle we would pick 3 items for the customer.

To do this navigate to Products > Add New Bundle

Enter a Unique SKU - This will then need to match the Bundle SKU on your end!

Click Next 

You can then manage which item and how many of each item is contained in the Bundle:

Once Items are added to the bundle you will see what exactly is in the bundle:

Once items are added the bundle is saved and that is what is included in the bundle.

Adding Bundles via Spreadsheet in bulk:

Step 1 - Products > Extras > Upload Additional info

Step 2 - Download the template Bundle

Step 3 - Populate the columns - Bundle SKU / Name / Description / SKU1 / Quantity1 / SKU2 / Quantity2 etc

Step 4 - Upload the Spreadsheet
