It is becoming more and more frequent that customers change their mind about an online purchase! We know how important it is to make sure orders that have been cancelled and possibly already refunded to not leave the warehouse!
If this happens below are a few scenarios of what to do:
Order is in NEW / PRINTED / AWAITING PICKING / PICKING STARTED / PICKED:
- Order is yet to be processed
- Raise order query type CANCEL-ORDER
- This will make us unable to despatch the order
Order is in DESPATCHED / INVOICED:
- Order has already been processed
- Please raise a ticket regarding the order in question and we will do our upmost to get the order back
