DropShip SKUs

Overview

It is possible to add SKUs that Whitehouse do not physically store and ship but might be included on an order from your Marketplace or Web Store. Some examples could be:

• E-Vouchers
• E-Books
• Items sent from yourselves or another supplier

If an order contains items that Whitehouse ships along with an item that is not, the order will not come through to the Order Management System as it will not import unless all SKUs are in the system.

If an Order contains items that Whitehouse fulfils, along with an item that is not, the order will not be imported to the Order Management System as it will only import if all SKUs are in the system.

Step 1

Products > DropShip Products > Add New DropShip Product

Step 2

Fill in the SKU and NAME field, then select 'Create' 

PLEASE NOTE: If your account has not got any prior DropShip Items added, you may need to add a 'DropShip Supplier'. 

Adding a Supplier

Products > DropShip Products > Suppliers

Add Supplier

Name: Name of Supplier or if your self can be 'DropShip Items'
Email: Email if your DropShip Supplier, or leave blank
Create DropShip Orders: Toggle ON
