Import/Upload Orders

Overview

It is possible to upload a CSV spreadsheet of orders using either one of the standard templates in the system - or by mapping & creating your own template.

Upload CSV Spreadsheet

To upload an order onto the system from a spreadsheet navigate to Orders > Upload New Order

You will then need to choose the format of the spreadsheet type:

The two main templates used in the system are called:
 

Single Order Per Line

Each additional product for an order is kept on the same row (line) on the spreadsheet, going horizontally accross)

Multi Order per Line

Each new product for an order is placed on an additional row (line) on the spreadsheet, going vertically down.

The system will link each line based on the Order ID column and auto-merge together.

You only have to populate address details on the first line of data for each order. 

You can download the templates by going to orders > upload orders > (select template name) 

Then fill out the spreadsheet, save the file & upload.

Custom Spreadsheet Mapping

If you want to design your own you can hit the custom spreadsheets button when on the Orders > Upload Order Page

Then arrange your fields in the format section as they appear on your spreadsheet.

You can select extra fields from the list and use the {{ignore}} tag if we do not need to import that data column:

Please check the results of the upload as you may receive product or courier errors:

If this happens, please go back and amend the spreadsheet and re-upload once done, if successful you will receive an order status for each order imported:
