Input Manual Order

Overview

It is possible to raise manual orders on the OMS using an easy to use shopping cart. 

This function can be used to add orders for retail customers, if they are not placed through your web platform.

Step 1: Orders > Input New Order
Step 2: Enter desired quantity of SKU > Add to Cart
Step 3: Hit 'Complete Order'

You will then see selected items showing in the 'Cart'

Once items are add to the cart you can do the below tasks:

• Change item Qty
• Remove item
• Empty cart
• Complete Order
• Search for more items to add to cart

Note: You can still add a manual order if the items are out of stock / or there isn't a sufficient quantity. It will then go onto backorder.

Step 4: Enter Address Details (or use the Postcode Finder)
Step 5: Input Order Number (or select 'Auto Generate')
Step 6: Create order!

You get the option to request ship / send dates, any packing / delivery & gift notes as well as adjusting the value of the order if exporting.
